Sweta
A journey of healing, numbers, energy, and human transformation
Some journeys begin with curiosity. Others are shaped by hardship. For Sweta, a Kolkata-based Numerologist, Vastu Consultant, Life Coach, Reiki Healer, and NLP practitioner, it has been a bit of both. An academic topper who never quite settled into a single discipline, she has spent years exploring the human mind, the energy around us, the meaning behind numbers, and the potential sitting quietly inside every person she meets.
A Difficult Season That Became a Calling
Sweta's introduction to life coaching came at a hard time in her own life. She was going through a rough patch in her relationship and, somewhat reluctantly, reached out to a life coach for guidance. The sessions changed something in her, they gave her a way to look at herself, her situation, and her life from an angle she hadn't considered before.
That experience stayed with her. If coaching could bring that kind of clarity to her own life, she found herself wondering how many other people were carrying similar struggles without knowing where to turn. What started as a search for support slowly turned into a purpose of her own, and that's how Sweta found her way into life coaching.
Falling for Numbers
Around the same time, something else had caught her attention: numbers. Not in the way most people think of them, but as something almost alive, carrying patterns, vibrations, and meaning that seemed to say something about the people they belonged to. That curiosity pulled her toward numerology, which soon became another way for her to read people, their personalities, their tendencies, the challenges they kept running into, and the possibilities they hadn't yet seen in themselves.
Reading the Energy of Spaces
Vastu came from the same restless curiosity. Sweta had already been looking into how energy, both internal and environmental, shapes the way people feel and behave, and it was a natural next step to ask whether the spaces people live and work in could be doing the same thing: quietly influencing their thoughts, moods, and general sense of well-being. That question led her to train as a Vastu consultant.
Learning to Heal Through Reiki
Her interest in energy didn't stop at buildings and rooms. Sweta wanted to understand the unseen, internal side of people too, the parts that don't show up in conversation and can't always be reasoned through. That search led her to Reiki, which gave her a different way of working with people: not through talking things out, but through energy and inner balance. For Sweta, healing was never going to be about fixing one piece of a person. People are complicated, and she believes the way we help them has to be just as layered.
Getting Back in Touch With Intuition
One idea Sweta keeps coming back to is that children are naturally intuitive, they sense things without being taught how. As life goes on, though, noise creeps in: conditioning, fear, other people's expectations, the sheer busyness of getting by. Slowly, that natural sense gets buried. A lot of her work, as she sees it, is about helping people dig it back out, to become more aware, and to actually listen to themselves again, not just to everyone else.
She's also quick to say that not everyone is ready for this work the moment they walk in, and that's fine. In her experience, everyone has their own timing. Someone who isn't open to change today might be exactly ready for it a year from now and when that moment comes, she believes real transformation becomes possible.

Still a Student, After All This
For someone with this much training across this many fields, Sweta is quick to call herself a learner first. She says every person she works with teaches her something, a different story, a different lesson and that each session is as much a chance for her to grow as it is for her client. It's part of why she doesn't think of herself as having 'arrived' anywhere. She's still figuring things out, one person at a time.
One Person, Many Tools
Sweta doesn't work off a template. She's seen enough people to know that no two journeys look the same, so she draws on whichever combination of life coaching, numerology, Reiki, and NLP actually fits the person in front of her. Rather than viewing someone through a single lens, she tries to take in the whole picture in mind, emotions, energy, environment, and circumstance, treating her different disciplines less like separate boxes and more like tools she can reach for as needed.
Looking Beyond India
Sweta isn't thinking small. She hopes to eventually take her work well beyond her home city and connect with people across the world, all in service of a fairly simple goal: helping people understand themselves a little better, reconnect with their own strength, and become more aware of the potential they already carry.
From a hard chapter in her own life to becoming a guide for others, from a passing fascination with numbers to a full practice built around energy and healing, Sweta's path has really just been one long thread of curiosity, followed wherever it led. She isn't easy to sum up in a single title, coach, healer, numerologist, Vastu consultant, but if there's one thing that ties it all together, it's that she's still learning something new from every person she meets. And maybe that's the real takeaway here: our hardest moments have a way of pointing us toward our purpose, and the work of understanding ourselves can, in time, become the work of helping others do the same.
