Monika Kozakova, originally from Slovakia and now based in London, was born into a traditional religious family, but her journey eventually took her far beyond the beliefs she grew up with. Her connection to something greater developed on it’s own, through a personal relationship with Jesus that eventually grew into something broader: an exploration of consciousness, human nature, and the unseen forces that shape who we are.
Today she works as a Consciousness Coach, built on one core belief: every person carries within them an intelligence and a capacity for transformation. Life just has a way of making us forget it.
Listening Beyond Words
Most conversations are an exchange of words. Monika listens for what's underneath them, the emotions, patterns, and experiences a person has carried silently, sometimes for years.
She sees these patterns as protective mechanisms, built out of childhood experiences, trauma, fear, or grief. They may once have kept someone safe, but over time they calcify into walls that limit rather than protect. Her work, a mix of consciousness-based practice, meditation, and deep questioning, starts by creating a space safe enough for people to look past those walls.
Rather than handing someone an answer, she guides them toward the right questions. Because often the real answer isn't found in what happened yesterday, it's rooted in something planted decades earlier.
Finding the Seed
Many adult patterns, a recurring fear, an insecurity, a relationship dynamic that keeps repeating trace back further than the present moment. Monika's role is to help people trace them to their source, using meditation and conscious exploration to reconnect with what she calls their core energy.
Healing, in her view, isn't always about getting a new answer. Sometimes it's simply about finally seeing yourself clearly.
Change Can't Be Forced
Transformation, Monika believes, only happens with willingness. A person has to be open to questioning their own patterns, no coach or guide can force that shift on someone who isn't ready to participate in it.
She meets people where they are and works to elevate their awareness gradually, aiming not for temporary relief but for a genuine shift in how someone understands themselves. Even from a neurological standpoint, a single moment of deep realization can reshape perspective and a changed perspective can change a life.
Letting Go of What No Longer Serves You
People often hold onto things long after their purpose has expired old grief, old anger, old identities, old stories about who they are. What once served as a survival mechanism can become, years later, surface as a psychological burden or a physical malady
Monika treats emotions as more than simple labels like "happy" or "sad." Each one carries its own intensity and its own effect on how we think and behave. The tricky part is that People can grow attached to their parasitical suffering it drains energy constantly, certain emotional cycles become so familiar they feel like home. Breaking that cycle starts with awareness, and awareness starts with understanding the root.
Her Own Reckoning With Trauma
Monika doesn't approach trauma as an outside observer. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she went through a period so difficult that she describes it as losing herself, a state she struggled to climb out of for nearly a year.
The experience upended her relationship with spirituality entirely. She questioned everything she'd once believed, grew skeptical of the philosophies that had shaped her, and lost her appetite for easy answers or comforting ideas.
Looking back, she sees that period as pivotal. The deepest transformation, she says, doesn't usually begin when we find answers, it begins when the answers we already had stop making sense. That stretch of grief taught her, more than any training could, how intensely experience can reshape the mind, the emotions, and one's sense of identity. Healing, she learned, can't be rushed.
Remembering Free Will
Free will sits at the center of Monika's philosophy, the idea that every person has it, even when life makes them forget. Childhood, society, relationships, trauma, and fear all condition us, and over time it's easy to start believing we have no real choices left.
Monika's work isn't about directing anyone's decisions or handing them a new identity. It's about reminding them that the choice was always theirs and that with that choice comes responsibility. Awareness, in her framework, means becoming conscious of the choices we're already making. She pushes people toward that awareness gradually and naturally, never through force or fear.
The Cosmos Within
Monika also draws a connection between consciousness, cosmic cycles, and the human body. We tend to think of the cosmos as something external planets, stars, galaxies. But she points to another cosmos worth exploring: the one inside each of us.
Through meditation and stillness, she helps people move past the noise of daily life and reconnect with parts of themselves they'd lost touch with. For her, the goal was never to escape the human experience, it's to become more present within it.

The Power of One
Monika's ambitions go beyond individual sessions. She's working toward building the Mokaverse Institute, a space and a movement centered on reconnecting people with what it means to be human.
We live in a century defined by acceleration: faster technology, faster information, faster everything. In that speed, it's easy to lose sight of what actually holds us together, connection, compassion, community, and the recognition that everyone we meet carries knowledge we don't have.
That's the foundation of what she calls "The Power of One": the idea that change doesn't need to start with a crowd. It starts with one person, one conscious decision, one conversation, one act of kindness. Her vision is to bring together people who share that philosophy, building a community rooted in collaboration and the belief that individual transformation ripples outward into collective change.
Because the power of one was never limited to any single person. It exists in everyone and the work begins the moment we stop looking for it somewhere outside ourselves.
